The gym is great, one of the best I've been to. Its really well thought out. Affordable with no contracts. I love the classes, the gym is clean and the instructors are motivating. I also love the separate businesses that are also operating within ZONE. My one issue is with the creche. Some of the women are great (maybe 3) but a lot lack people skills (a simple hello would suffice) and seem to show little to no interest in children, some act as if you are putting them out by leaving your child there. I know a lot of other mothers have similar feelings about the creche staff. For this reason I try not to stay longer than I have to and if I can avoid using the creche I do. If this issue was fixed I would have no problems giving 5 stars.

Super friendly and very motivating. I have tried quite a few different classes and although all the instructors have different styles they all have a common upbeat and friendly feel. You are told to work at your own pace and then encouraged to try just a tiny bit harder. The whole attitutude is "you CAN do it"!

Brad & his team are always more than happy to make you feel welcome & give you advice if you need it. The classes are well organized & don't get boring, they're always coming up with new moves & ideas so there's no getting sick of the same old stuff over & over. Keep up the good work guys :)

Very friendly staff with a great choice of classes available. Creche is great with wonderful staff and facilities. The gym personal and staff will remember you by name not a number. The instructors are truly fantastic

the zone gym is totally awesome. their facilities are very modern and they use the les mills workouts as well. you can even see the beauty therapists and physio in the gym as well. they have a new creche too.
