That's right, the majority of viruses, adware and small problems that customers face on a day to day basis can usually be fixed within an hour, but this does depend on how infected the machine is.  Other computer technicians might intentionally take longer to fix the issue costing you more money - however we aim to fix everything within the first hour.  If for some reason the hard drive has died or their is serious corruption - the total amount of the service is ALWAYS capped at 3 hours.
