So dissatisfied, got given a voucher as a present. Rang for a week leaving messages with no reply. Rang the Frankston branch to find out what's going on. Was told they had staffing issues & would get the person in charge of Blackburn to call me back who was apparently working at the Lynbrook branch that day. Received ph call & so I asked when can I book in, she said she would have to call me back the next day as she did not have appointment book with her. No ph call received, so I called, only to be told they were busy but would ring me back & she hung ph up in my ear without taking my ph number. So if you want my advise, stay away from Zouk Therapy. I will be advising all my friends & family to stay away from all their venues!

I went to here last night , I chose the one hour relaxation massage with Emi and I was soooo impressed. She's a professional, qualified and well trained. Felt really good and rejuvenated afterwards. Will go there again on this coming Monday because they have promotions price from mon to Friday.
