Jess and Shakira from Zucci South Melbourne looked after my daughter's hair and makeup for her school formal. They did an amazing job and made my daughters formal so perfect! I've been seeing this amazing team for a few years now (they are the only salon I trust to do my foils) but I just need to let everyone know how awesome they are! I am getting married next week and ordered hair extensions from a salon in Chapel Street who claim to "specialise" in hair extensions, but they ordered the wrong colour and refused to fix the issue. I was devastated since there was only two weeks until the wedding. I called Shakira from Zucci South Melbourne, and she went out of her way to help me! She was able to source the exact colour match for my hair at such short notice, and (as always) did a fantastic job with my foils. I cannot thank Shakira, Rosemary and the team at Zucci South Melbourne enough! You have saved my wedding! Sounds dramatic, but true! Zucci's customer service and expertise are truly outstanding and I recommend them to anyone who wants amazing hair!! Thank you soooo much!!

Was pleasantly surprised by the lovely tea and definitely surprised to receive a relaxing head massage before a new hair style. Walked out with wobbly legs! Great service and plenty of encouraging advice to keep my new style looking good. Will definitely be back.T hey even offer rewards for you if you give friends a referral card. Great service with coffee, hairwash and massage however the blow wave left my har frizzy and i ended up putting my hair in a bun on my head cause my fringe sat well off my face. Disappointing. Sorry guys. Gorgeous everything else though,
