I came to the St Place salon after a long day at work and had a relaxing experience thanks to good customer service by the team at Zucci at St James Place.

Craig at Zucci has been styling my hair for the past 14 years. Very talented cutter, no one else has ever been able to tame my thick curly hair into a style that looks even better curly than straight. The salon experience is relaxing and indulgent, always complete with a glorious head massage and I leave feeling refreshed and smelling wonderfully of the Aveda products. I have been highly recommending this salon for years and will continue to do so!

After many years of being absent from Zucci salons, my return was nothing but spectacular. The St James Place store is exactly what a salon of this service level should look like. Its fresh, clean, warm, light and airy. The staff at this salon are all welcoming and friendly and the service I received was nothing short of attentive. My expectations were high and my experience was I am pleased to say as I had hoped and more. I had Craig for my haircut and would recommend him, with that said I am sure the entire team are all fantastic. Good to be back at Zucci and I cant wait to visit again.

Loved it! New salon- Spacious and relaxing. Besides the fabulous hair cutting,Styling and Colour, I particularly enjoyed the new massaging basin chairs and hot stone neck massage.

Loved my time at Zucci St James Place! I went in for quite a drastic length change so was a little nervous, but their friendly staff and the relaxing experience (shoulder AND head massage!) soon had me enjoying the change! Was 100% happy with the cut and colour, definitely my new go-to salon!

I keep coming back because Craig has provided me with the best haircuts I have ever had! I like the pre- and post-cut consultations, and the little extras such as head and neck massages, and offers to provide a hand treatment and massage while waiting for a colour to set. I would find it difficult to contemplate a change of salon based on my experiences at Zucci.
