A horrible experience. We thought building with a smaller local company would be better and more of a personal experience than building with a so called ‘big mob’ - we were wrong. Took forever to get initial tender. We were still figuring out the final figure at the signing of the contract. The Building Supervisor left halfway through our build after we kept on finding things wrong and getting a building inspector in. We were left with a salesman to look after our build. Work questioned all the way throughout the build to no avail. Mistakes made all the way throughout the build. If it wasn't for us finding these mistakes - who knows what we would of ended up with. Emails and phone calls not answered - still waiting for a call from the director of the company. Told during the build by the salesman - “Its not the clients role to criticise" - it is indeed the clients role to question when you see things going a miss. Fair Trading engaged - work in the house defective - a 3 page rectification order given. Given allocated time to complete work and work not completed. Given extra time outside of order and incomplete work still remains and the company will not tell us when they will finish it or how they will finish it. Additional damage caused by the builders whilst fixing our house and the builders will not fix the damage. Communications still remain ignored, A disgraceful experience.

People often say when they build, there is always one bad review. I firmly believe that there should not be. What one person sees as a problem, another may not see it and it may be missed. Think twice before building with these guys.

Please check the validity of their NSW Builders license prior to signing a contract and ask questions - They are currently trading with a builders license with a company that has been liquidated and is not valid for building contracts.
