Myself and my family have been attending this Physiotherapy practice for over 10 years. Our family have regularly used their massage service and it is also delivers an outstanding level of professionalism. They are professional from the time you enter the practice and speak with the receptionist throughout the treatment time and when paying your account before departure. The receptionists are always bright and engaging and all of the staff are happy to answer any queries we may have. If they do not have the answer for you immediately, they will contact you later with the requested information. All the Physiotherapists at this practice can confidently treat us if our regular Physiotherapist is on holidays or not available at our requested time. Karen; the Practice Manager is always very friendly and has an amazing laugh. I have always been extremely satisfied with the practice overall. I would definitely never consider attending any other Physiotherapy practice; even if it were situated closer to my home address.
