Step 1: On Xmas eve 2018, we accidentally pressed the button on our remote and lowered the garage door onto the car roof as it was being driven into the garage.
Step 2: In Dec 2018 / Jan 2019 we tried to contact V&S Roller Doors P/L (Greenvale 3059) who our paperwork indicated was the supplier/installer in Jan 2004 of our then new electric door opener. (Ours is a tilt-door, not a roller, and the door itself was new with the garage in very approx. 1972). Due to holidays we had to leave a message on our first phone call -- no problem.
Step 2: When our call was returned we learned that V&S were no longer involved and AGG Doors had taken over this work. Step 3: This is getting too long and I haven't got time to give the whole history of the case. I'm sure you've got it all on record anyway, so I'll just jump to the important bit!

Steps 4 to 99: .... The main thing to put on record is that we are MOST impressed with Jason who visited us and did the repair job. The first day he inspected the door etc. and decided what parts were needed, the next day he couldn't get back to us due to our phone being busy, next day returned and finished the job. Obviously he knew his work 100%, and gave us advice to help us now & in the future. Door seems to be opening & closing OK and we have no doubt it will continue OK. Jason is a very nice guy with an excellent customer manner. A great experience dealing with him and thus your company!
