As he once said to me " It's my name on the line, and my reputation, so things must be up to the highest standard" The house that we have ended up with has exceeded our expectations, even now we pinch ourselves that it's ours. RIchard ensured that we were fully satisfied with the outcome, and any issues were rectified quickly with minimal fuss.
