As a competitive cyclist, strength and flexibility are an important aspect to my performance. I really like Sunil's holistic approach. Sunil has not only been fantastic in treating some tightness and burning i was feeling through my neck and shoulders, but he has provided me with exercises to re-balance the muscles through my upper torso. I appreciate Sunil's desire to understand the root cause of the problem and work on long term sustainable solutions.
