This was my first time at Fantastic and I must say, I was very impressed with the service, value, professionalism and most importantly, the quality of the end result.

I had waxing services done and Alicia was very thorough and professional throughout the entire session.

From past waxing experiences elsewhere, I know good waxing from bad waxing, and I will compliment Alicia for being at the top of the list as one of the best that I’ve been too.

Her entire attitude was friendly and comforting from the moment that I met her at the shop. Even though intimate waxing is a very personal and can be an embarrassing situation, she made me feel totally at ease with her pleasant and professional and courteous manner.

Upon completion, she inspected her work areas and touched up a bit here and a bit there until she was satisfied that she did her ultimate best job, (which she did as she could not have done any better than what she had done).

Lastly, the treatment was the least painless waxing experiences that I’ve ever had.
