Had a gas hot water service fail rather spectacularly on a Friday morning just prior to a long weekend. Phoned around and found this business to be very helpful and they had a new system fitted and running by 4pm that afternoon. Excellent service given the very short time frame.

Stayed there 2 nights and the first was horrendous. Lost power in a storm early in the evening and it was not restored until after 10am the following day. Had no heating, no hot water, no lights. Reception offered a candle and that was it. When it came to checkout time they would not reduce the bill at all stating it was not their fault so the full bill stood. Even spoke later with a manager on the phone and got the same response. Whether their fault or not we did not get what we paid for and what was worse is they didn't care. Cannot recommend them at all.
