Not enough Doctors,grumpy reception staff,phone rings out because there is no one to answer it,loud t.v.blaring,seem reluctant to turn a/c on, often smelly and stuffy,this used to be an A grade practice,2 of the dr,s are exc.but it would only get a 2 star rating now.Once upon a time if the Dr.was nearly an hour late it would be mentioned,now one sits like a shag on a rock waiting.and no one says a word,really bad for an elderly person who finds sitting for a long time uncomfortable.One bloke can be up to an hour late with no apology,please someone buy this practise.
