My wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with Patrick regarding a building inspection for a potential first home purchase.

Patrick was very professional, once I called him he answered and guided me to the web portal to book in our appointment. After I filled out the form he took care of everything, speaking to the agent and organising an inspection within a couple of days of when we spoke. Seeing as I called him close to Christmas I was impressed he managed to make time to squeeze us into his busy schedule.

The inspection took place and I received the report within 19 hours of the inspection. Patrick took the time to call me and run me through the report, twice mind you, and explained in detail how he came to his findings and also gave me very useful recommendations. He found an issue with the property we wanted to purchase and saved us probably at least $10,000 in future headaches and hassles.
