WOW. What a pizza. Amazing. Monte's came to our area sometime late 1980s and, boy, were they needed. We didn't know what a pizza was until we had a Monte pizza. Don't be deterred by their price, it is worth it just for the pleasure of a true pizza. Len Evans wrote a review of one of their pizzas and included the recipe in his book - now that doesn't happen everyday.

Heng, his family and staff are excellent. They have taken over a Mountain's tradition and have restored the shop to the pride it was when run by Sam. Chickens are tasty, chips just excellent and the Sweet Potato Scallops are hard to resist. Usually plenty of parking and are highly recommended. Give them a go!!!

Rachel, Robin and staff are just so friendly and always smiling. The shop, naturally, always has a fresh smell and sell an absolutely gorgeous arrangement of flowers and accessories.

Our local butcher kept changing hands with the last one being Mastercut Family Meats. Their meat was the best of the lot, yet there was insufficient trade for them to keep going. I now travel 30 minutes every month to their Glenmore Park shop just to get their meat. Now, I wouldn't do that if they didn't have the best quality meat around.
