I have taken my German Shorthaired Pointers to the FTG Vet Clinic for just on 30 years, and, the service and quality of care has remained constantly in the excellent range of service.

Very recently, my 15 year old female (Lenni,) told us her time was up - having been diagnosed with cancer previously.

We arranged for a visit by one of the Vets and a Nurse to come to our home and to assist in Lenni's crossing. These people are incredibly empathic and compassionate, while remaining highly professional. This is not the first time we have called upon their services at home. Yet again, nothing was rushed and we were kept informed throughout the whole process. Eventually Lenni slipped away in my arms, and whilst obviously an emotional time, Marta and Fiona made it so much easier with the manner in which they treated Lenni and our family.

Whether in the clinic or in the home, the staff are ALL really caring folk who know their professions and treat our 4-legged family members with quality care. Thank you all!

I had a major water flood in the downstairs of my home [Lounge room, side room and bedroom) when a sump pump failed. Vik from Jena's arrived promptly the morning after my late night call. He immediately took the stress out of the situation explaining exactly what and how they would deal with the issue. He explained why it was necessary to dry under fitted cupboards and why skirting boards had to be removed so he could dry the framework inside the walls. Not just for mould but rot! Something I had never considered. He and the team worked tirelessly and after 3 days came back and did moisture readings and where insides of walls were still not up to the required standard of dryness, set up a specific drying regime. he explained every step and shared his readings of moisture content at every stage - I learned a lot! Overall the cost was very affordable and they even steamed cleaned the carpet at the end of the job (Oh, he and the others also moved the furniture to access the required large areas and, at the end of it all steamed cleaned the carpet!) . I really cannot recommend this company highly enough.
