Phoned the company on Monday to discuss my needs. On Tuesday, the person who deals with the bookings called me back and made an appointment for two days later on the Thursday. The fitter turned up on time, fitted it exactly as we wanted and we love it. Should have had it done a year ago. Very happy and can highly recommend both the product, a Solatube DS160, and the company.
