Stopped by on New Year's Day for lunch.
Beautiful food, and not the typical 'Mexican' in offer. Excellent quality, fresh ingredients...Nice way to start the year!

Bonaparte Men's Boutique carries high-end merchandise and offers unique, one-off clothing from international boutique suppliers. The shop is small, but the merchandise on offer is quite special. And the personal interest the owners take in their customers is from a more gracious era. Salesmanship is confined to letting the customer browse, with attentive service given when requested. A delightful place to shop, indeed!

Wandered down Victoria Street and in to Tran Tran. A beautifully presented space with amazing food. From the bean curd soup, to the duck with mushrooms and veggies, to the excellent ice cream with lychee and rambutan, the entire evening was a brilliant experience! Relaxing, simple decor, beautiful table settings and beautiful food: all yo be had at a very reasonable price. If you're after Vietnamese food in a beautiful setting, Tran Tran is the place to be!

Once again, Il Tempo delivered the goods! Excellent service, brilliant atmosphere and amazing food. And little extras that made the evening special. This place is amazing! Go!

Excellent food, well-presented and innovatively prepared. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly owner and staff. Portion sizes were perfect and footpath seating option made for an interesting dining experience. Well-worth a wander down Smith Street!

Went to Il Cantuccio last evening. As always everything was spot on! There's something about the place that is unpretentious and welcoming. It's like having dinner with family, where extras are brought out gratis and special care is taken to make feel special. And the homemade grappa, gratis, was most appreciated. Do yourself a favour and give
Il Camtuccio a go'

A very good place to be in a cold winter's evening. Welcoming atmosphere, excellent value for money food and very friendly service. Authentic Nepalese food at a very price in a nice storefront setting.
Approximate cost: $15-18
Boheme is usually our first food destination when we're staying nearby, in East Melbourne. A locals' restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere and a place where dining out is a very good experience. There's something about Boheme that keeps us coming back. Do your self a favour, and give Boheme a go!

I have been Leigh's customer for the past 14 years. In fact, I was one of her first customers when she took over the business back in 1998, at it's former location at Trinity Beach. From that first day , until now, I have found the quality of service, the friendliness of the staff and the first-rate surrounds to be more than to my liking . Going to Beachfront is like catching up with friends versus getting a haircut. Leigh's staff are knowledgable, and Leigh's London training shines through. She's a stickler for quality and service, and that's reflected throughout the salon. And Beachfront Hair's recent move to the Drift Resort, at Palm Cove, has enhanced that experience.
If you are after a quality product, backed up by friendly, professional service, in a truly beautiful location, let Leigh and her staff look after you!
The Trinity Beach Tavern, aka The Pub, has undergone a revival, in recent months, and is turning out nicely done, value-for -money meals. The pub's predecessor, which used to perch on the top of the hill, always had good, honest tucker. Sadly, when the pub moved, the quality of food did not. However, that has all been sorted. Trinity Beach Tavern has become our destination for Friday lunch. The Tavern Burger, garlic prawns and the steaks have proven to be excellent. The prompt, but relaxed, service cannot be faulted, and the view out to sea makes the entire experience memorable. It's good to see that The Pub's grub has gone back to its glory days!
Good food, good atmosphere, good service--The Trinity Beach Tavern at its best!
