We recently paid this company to do an end of lease clean . We paid for the clean of the house and carpets.
Their service was absolutely abysmal . They sent cleaners who were not able to contact us so hours of waiting around, the cleaning that was done was very poor and the carpets were never cleaned. We had to pay another company to come and actually clean and do the carpets . They do not answer phone calls or emails.
Our experience with them has been very distressing and and we have now lost the money that we paid them.
It is morally reprehensible that people can think that they can treat others this way. I will never believe anything on these websites again. Based on our experience it would also appear that the reviews available are also a scam.
Please don't get taken advantage of as we have been. If you need cleaning done at the end of your lease, use a cleaner approved by the Agent who will be doing your inspection.
