After I objected to a young child carrying a box of valuable Waterford crystal, they decided I was unreasonable. Rather than carry urns with plants in them, they threw the plants out and still managed to smash many of my lovely urns and pots. An antique bird bath was smashed and pieces hidden under a hedge in the hope I would never find them. Some other items just disappeared. They arrived 40 minutes late. They did not even have a proper moving van, just a table top truck with a shipping container sitting on it. I warn everyone never to use this appalling company.
