After the installation of my b & d roller door, I had a shelf removed close to the door to enable the door to lift up a further 20cms.
I was advised by the installer, Luke that they would return to do the adjustment. I called the office to ask for an appointment and within a few days, Matt, your very competent tradesman who had done the quotation, arrived to
adjust the door.
After making the adjustment, he showed me the instructions booklet to enable me to make any further adjustment.
