My garage door ceased working at 4.50 p.m. on a Friday. I phoned AGG and the nice man I spoke to said he would get someone out on Saturday if possible, He followed our phone call up with a text message and another phone call that I missed. When I returned the call to the number, I got Josh, who said he would make sure it all happened. Sebastian arrived ahead of time, and in dreadful heat, worked hard to get the door going again but the spring was broken so he couldn't fix it. He took all the measurements and photos he needed and he says that on Monday someone will phone me to make arrangements to install a new door. It was great service all around.

The service was excellent. I was offered next-day service, but couldn't manage that, so took the day after. Bill was polite and smiling, and went to work as soon as he had assessed the situation. He made the best repairs he could on a 26-year-old door and suggested that I get a new one, just quiet marketing, no hard sell. I've always been delighted with AGG service, including the young lady who once told me how to get the gate going again and saved me a service call. On another occasion she advised me to wait one day so that I didn't get a financial penalty for an emergency call. I'm so pleased my husband chose an AGG door when he put our doors in all those years ago.
