Highly recommend happy kids face painting! I have used Tina at many children's functions and she is fabulous with the kids, face painting and arm painting is always amazing and much loved by the children and adults. I love that she tailors her artistry to the party theme or just the whimsy of the child in particular! I will be a permanent client of Happy Kids Face Painting!
