Bought an expensive bracelet from Hays. It broke due to poor workmanship (a gold pin broke but had not been stressed or abused). They refuse to repair it - and say it will cost $300 to repair THEIR faulty item. No responsibility accepted. Beware.

Bought my concrete sealer from here. 200sq m to do - and they gave spot-on advice, didn't try to oversell, great product and excellent price. They sell sealers and coatings for all sorts of stone, concrete etc. Great place.

Used to use Cudo a lot. BUT - when there is a problem they refuse to correspond or return emails. No phone. No contact. Dept Fair Trading is my only choice. VERY unhappy
