Hired after bumping into Garry at Bunnings, and had seen his van down the street. Checked web pages out, got a quote, accepted it for a complete rip-out back to the brick and re-fit. Very glad we did - one week whoa to go for ripout, tiling, plumbing, shower screen and electrical, all managed by Garry. Professional, on time, friendly, looks brilliant, and he fitted a small side-job of kitchen tiling in with no problems. Great tiling by Wah. And the bit that counts, yes we've already recommended GIB to a couple of friends.
