Ken was extremely helpful from the moment I was in contact with him. The first initial green light for me was just his genuine care about helping us with our rescue staffy Mia. He worked with us on a financial basis to ensure we could get the necessary training as soon as possible. Mia being a rescue puppy had a few behavioural issues and extreme separation anxiety which put a lot of pressure on us, however when Ken assisted us, it has been incredible to see her transformation and it has only been 2 weeks! ken is not just there to teach you on the scheduled dates, he has consistently given us tips and advice in between the sessions, it has been such a relief.
