The chocolate experience was fantastic, we had fruit dippers, the fruit was so fresh, very nicely presented (not just thrown in the dish) The iced coffee was very refreshing although I missed the cream on top (love my cream) all in all really great will definately be going back.

This is a family run business, very clean, products displayed well.
Their freshly sliced meats are really tasty, they slice or shave on demand. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. I will continue to shop there

This is a fantastic experience to see how insane prisoners were house in the days up to about the 1970's. The tours are extensive. They even let the premises out for Parties, Weddings etc. Great time.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful on making an appointment. When attending the appointment the Accountant was very thorough in all respects of information needed. The premises were very professional and clean. It was a pleasure to do business with this company.

Whilst this business is situated in an easy to get to area which is really good. I found the staff to be lacking in the customer service area. As I had to stand and wait until they had finished talking and laughing before service was given. I also do not think their product quality is of the highest and am disappointed with my glasses after returning to have them adjusted. I will not be going back to this store.
