Hi Chantal and Jason Now that we have moved back and settled in to our house, Rose and I thought we should put in writing how pleased we are with our decision to engage you and your company for our rebuild/renovation. Put simply, you have managed to exceed our expectations in all areas, from organising approvals, to design ideas and material selection through to the high quality of workmanship from all trades. As you know, our renovation was not planned and occurred under very trying circumstances. You took a lot of the stress out of a process which we were dreading, and have managed to not only bring back the character of a house which had definitely seen better days, but also sympathetically add those modern touches which make it more liveable and comfortable. You have managed to achieve a harmonious blend of traditional and modern which so many renovations try to, yet don’t quite pull off. We appreciate your honesty, professionalism and the ease of dealing with you. We have already recommended your services to a number of people, and will continue to do so.
