I visited the store last Saturday.
While there, we decided to have some lunch in the cafe. I had been unable to locate a product so I asked the young girl who was working there about it.
She was very helpful and didn't brush it off or dismiss my enquiry. Not only did she look for it on the screen, but she also contacted someone else to see if they could help. Unfortunately it had sold out.
Incidently the coffee and tea we had, together with the pie and sandwich, was very nice.
