This is such an excellent all-around gym to train and get fitness with a very welcoming, friendly family environment, with amazing coaches Michael, Naomi and Grant. They are just friendly, caring, professional and approachable.

I was a little bit nervous before my first class with zero idea about martial arts, defence skills and lack of physical strength. However, the instructors were very welcoming and patient which eased my anxiety. They are knowledgeable and have solid techniques that provide incredible support, not just in terms of teaching martial arts but also make it so fun and addictive while learning. They take the time to teach you at your pace, watch everyone's movements and explain the techniques step by step. So even if you are the first time in the class, don't need to be worried, they will make sure everyone is learning and having fun. You can feel they have a real passion for what they teach, and it shows.

I really enjoyed the process of learning and the feeling of getting strong, also it's a great outlet to recharge after my office work. The gym is clean, bright, and presentable, the gears are new, and the community is warm. Highly recommend it for anyone wanting to learn some martial arts, or self-defence skills or get involved in a new sport and make some great friends! I cannot recommend this place enough. You won't regret training here!
