One of the worst experiences ever. AWFUL. would not go back. I called beforehand to check she worked on my hair type and with women who wear hijab. She said yes to both. I texted later to confirm. I got an appointment but was late due to heavy traffic from Wollongong (sent her a courtesy message 1.5 hours from appointment to check if it is ok that I will be late. She never responded. When I got there I asked if she could just do the strand test since we didn’t have enough time. She said yes and to sit down. I asked if she could do something about the door being open and men seeing in… no. It was either get my hair done and be disrespected or get nothing at all. Very unprofessional. I am in shock at how I was treated. As if it was an inconvenience to her to accommodate someone as she promised to do!
