I had my first Ace Airport Parking experience last year when I was about to get to a conference. It was pretty good, although I did have to get up a few levels to find a spot (perhaps it was a busy time during school holidays?) Anyway, I didn't have to wait long before we departed from Ace Parking to the domestic terminal. And on the way back it was pretty easy too, didn't have to wait long. The driver was patient and the customer rep was friendly and approachable. I am travelling again this year with you :-)
