I decided to try and check online to see if there was a health fund that would serve me better than my present one. Stephan very promptly phoned and listened to my needs and suggested a new fund. I was a little disbelieving as I could not believe that I could lower my premium and yet receive so much better cover. I needed a few days to research! Having read the details on the email Stephan quickly prepared, when he next phoned I was able to ask him a long list of questions and rest is history! I only wish I had done this before!
