Purchased a bed frame and 2 side mirrors for $3398 on the 15th of Dec last year and was told it would arrive early March. They were so quick to make you pay in full amount on the date of order. It is now June 2018 and i have still not received my purchases!! Countless excuses and delays from them for the last 5 months! They soon stopped picking up customers phone calls and stopped replying to my Facebook messages even though it says ‘seen’ which means they’ve read the messages! Ive reported and lodged a complaint to the ACC of WA and QLD today and will be taking legal actions if it comes down to it. If you can’t provide customers with their order then give them a refund instead of avoiding and scamming them!
