We have had dinner at Otello on several occasions recently and have always been very happy with their food, service and value for money. Located in a great position on Oxford Street. Their lasagna is delicious!!

I love taking my daughter here when we visit Carindale. The kids drinks are great - she gets a mini milkshake or babycino and it is always served with a little biscuit and a couple of lollies. It's a real treat without being too over the top. I really like their coffees as well and their staff have always been really lovely.

I recently visited Invitation House at Emporium while I was looking around for a wedding stationery provider. I was quite disappointed with the level of service that I received while in this store. My quote was written down on a piece of scrap-paper and there was a negative vibe in the shop. One staff member was on the phone having an argument with a customer at the time which I found very off-putting. The staff just didn't seem to care much about their customers so we took our business elsewhere.

I chose Monograms for my wedding stationery and reception placecards etc. They did a wonderful job and the staff were very helpful. I was able to arrange most of it while I was living overseas and really appreciated their flexibility with my email correspondence. I would highly recommend!

We are new customers to this clinic and we have found them to be very professional, caring and helpful so far. They are in a very convenient location with plenty of off-street parking behind the surgery.

Sarah-Jane made our three-tier wedding cake and we were delighted with how it looked and tasted. It was actually served as the desert at our wedding so taste was very important to us. She has a huge list of different flavours so it was difficult to choose. In the end we chose two different flavours which were both delicious!

We recently had our wedding at the Stamford Plaza and Baggeley's florist is their wedding provider. Considering we were trying to organise our wedding whilst living overseas, the flowers and reception centrepieces worked out wonderfully. Several guests commented that we had the most beautiful wedding flowers they had ever seen and I was really happy with how everything looked. The business owner, Shirley, is a wonderful woman and was very helpful.

I chose the Powder Room for my wedding recently. They did makeup and hair for myself and my bridesmaids and we couldn't have been happier! The girls were so friendly and helpful and were very good at putting people at ease on the big day. I was also able to get my hair colour and cut done with them on the lead up to the wedding. They have a salon at New Farm but they also offer a mobile service to you on your wedding day. Very happy customer!!

This is a very popular bakery in Bulimba. Situated on Oxford Street, it sells fresh and delicious breads, cakes, cupcakes, slices, sandwiches and coffees. It is on the expensive side but it is worth it! My daughter loves the mini novelty cupcakes and my favourite is the chocolate slice with a coffee.

This has to be the best Mexican restaurant in Brisbane! It is always packed with people and the reason is its great food and alcohol, as well as its fantastic atmosphere (on Oxford Street). I highly recommend the strawberry daquiris - they are delicious and come in very generous serves. Make a booking though or you will probably not get a seat!
