There was no hot water so they had to shampoo my hair using jugs of Luke warm water. If I had known that when I booked this morning i wouldn't have gone there. Also the lady washing my hair had really bad B.O and she gave me the roughest shampoo I've ever had. Not enjoyable. The lady that cut my hair and blow waved was much better and did a good job. But overall it was not an enjoyable experience.
