Tarosa did our stairs and balustrades. The balustrades were supposed to be galvinsed and powder coated. After only a few years, it developed rust. None of the other (older) houses in the neighborhood had this rust. We asked another steel manufacturer about it, and he said it should not have happened; Tarosa did not let the galv. cure enough. So we asked Tarosa to rectify, but they said we had to pay for it. We took them to Consumer Affairs, however, they would not budge and said we had to pay $300 (a reduced amount) up front first. So we reluctantly agreed. We paid them and they banked the cheque straight away, but didn't contact us.
I finally called them and they came out 3 weeks after that (7 weeks later all up).The balustrades took about a month to be finally re-installed. The steel was very rough with a MINISCULE amount of paint on it. It was so thin the man had to 'touch up'many bits of it all around. The paint is so thin it looks TERRIBLE.We are devastated!! Mr. Angelo Tarosa is a very dishonest man and does not deserve our business or any other innocent customer out there. We gave him a second chance but unfortunately his dishonesty was confirmed.

Wonderful host (Steve). indescribable breakfast - home-made breads, yoghurts, cereals and more. Very comfortable 4-star accommodation with excellent tariff rates. You'll love staying there.

front wrought galvanised, powder coated gate to match balustrades in balcony. Very friendly, honest prompt quality service. They allowed us to view the gate before it was coated to ensure we were happy with it. Open honest service.

Approximate cost: $1200

Helped trouble shoot and solve why safety switch turning on all the time over the phone when I was inquiring about his services even before I engaged his services. A genuine tradesman who shows care and takes pride in his work.
