This has been the most life changing experience for me and my health. Since coming to Roger I managed to loose more weight then I thought I would in a short 12 week challenge, his extensive knowledge and cutting edge technology gave me the head start to my healthier life style. I will continue my journey with them, they have encouraged me to eat healthier and be more active. I am able to do more with my kids and can definitely see a difference in my physical health.
