WARNING!!!! Don’t deal with this company!!!! It will be a HUGE MISTAKE. The owner Narinder is DECEITFUL and will not fix issues that arise. If an issue does arise, instead of fixing up the issue, Narinder just puts a band aid on the issue. All Narinder is good at is taking customers monies and fooling customers with rants about how his gates are the best in Sydney, and that no company can ever beat his motors. But his customer service and customer satisfaction is pathetic and useless. Take your money elsewhere future customers!!!!! Narinder has installed an electric gate for us with sensors. The sensors stopped working in less than a year!!! I asked Narinder to please come and fix it. After weeks of constantly ringing him, he finally came BUT instead of fixing up my sensors, he disconnected them deceitfully WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE!!! He cut the wires and he didn’t even tell me he did so!!! A few days later, my kid pressed the gate remote and the gate starts closing into our car that is currently parked on the driveway. My husband quickly moved the car but our car still ended up getting slightly grazed. I told Narinder to come back and please replace the sensors. I have messaged him and rang him for now over a month and he has still not come to fix the sensors. I am now in the process of taking his company to Fair Trade. Don’t deal with this guy! And if anyone of you have already dealt with him and have issues, take him to Fair Trade!!! Because I guarantee that you will end up going insane trying to get him to come and fix up issues.
