Its been a great help! I got more than I bargained for,I was expecting just a good remedial massage to deal with my aches and pains. I also got an awareness of what causes these pains and what I need to do to keep my body in check including an exercise program. I'm happy to say my body is becoming pain free! I still continue to see Sunil to keep my body in tune, don't want to get back to where I was!
