I had the pleasure of meeting Jim when he was at Croydon and followed him to Frankston when he moved there. I now live in Gippsland, and whilst the local vet is fine for vaccinations etc, I will definitely take my fur babies to Jim if I think it is more serious. He is so good. I remember years ago taking my very sick cat to him one evening when he was at Croydon. He needed to be put to sleep, so you can imagine how upset I was. When I got there, Jim had guests but I was told that "cats are more important than anything". I will never forget that. Such a caring, wonderful person.
