I ordered 60 LED Tea Light Candles through EBAY from them on the 5th June and they arrived today the 11th June. On opening the parcel and checking the tea lights we found 4 needed new batteries in them and 10 had faulty on/off switches, so I rang them up and advised them of this and they were very nice and very sorry about it and have said that they will send us 14 to replace those that we had the problems with free of charge. The cost of the original 60 LED Tea Lights was $21.98 with free postage.

I would like to say how much I appreciate the staff at John Hunter Hospital. I would like to say that the nursing staff in the Ambulance Care unit, Emergency Department and the Doctor who looked after me were fantastic. The nursing staff do a twelve hour shift. I have nothing but praise for all the did for me!

We have been going to Emslie Optical for a number of years. Ian Emslie is the optomrytrist who test your eyes. They are all very friendly and curteous their. They do vision care clients too. They have a good range of glasses to choose from and if you need them adjusted we gladly adjust them for you.

I have been buyin from Wholesale Toners since 2009, they have genuine brand and compatible inks. I order on one day and practically always I receive my inks by the next morning or afternoon. They once sent me the wrong colour ink so I contacted them and they checked what I had ordered and found that the wrong one had been sent so they apologised and told me to keep that one and they would send the right to me which arrived the next morning.

I have been going there since it opened and at the time it used to have to send is scripts over to the Oasis Pharmacy in Arnott Street till it could get it's licence to fill them there (when all the shops were filled). I find the pharmacist and the staff very helpful and they have a range of gifts and health supplements etc there. We put our scripts in before we go into Coles and pick the scripts up on our way out. If we have had ask for advice they had given it to us.

I have used this pharmacy for a number of years and found the staff very helpful there. This pharmacy used to be in the old Oasis Shopping Centre and they moved to their present location when the place was pulled down to build Edgeworth Market Town. Some of the staff I've know since they were in the Oasis Shopping Centre. They have a range of gift items and health products. I have never had any problems there with the staff.

I have been a patient in the outpatients section of Orthopedics, where I found the Doctor's and Nursing staff great! I also have had day surgery at the hospital and my mother when she was alive had been admitted there on quite a few occasions as well as my father. The care that we have received there from both Doctor's and Nursing staff have been excellant.

I was a patient in there over 2 1/2 years ago and found the nurses, doctors and general staff there great! The nurses at the time were under staffed and looking after a couple of wards at a time.

We have found them very helpful there especially when we had bought a battery drill and it had a fault with it, they gladly offered us an exchange. They have a large range of stock rangeing from gardening to hardware, craft and DIY classes.

I find their meals lovely. It is not that expensive, it is all you can eat. You can have soup, salads, seafood, chinese, roasts, desserts and tea and coffee. The staff are friendly, proffessional and they keep the tables clean.
