Have used luggage direct twice in the last 3 months and both experiences have been very professional, prompt and absolute value for money. On both occasions rang the store for advice and both times staff very knowledgeable. First time wanted the largest but lightest suitcase for daughter travelling interstate and got exactly that. Second occasion asked for advice on a back pack for son travelling overseas and once again what I received was perfect. Will always tell my firends about luggage direct and will absolutely use them again in the future.
