I have had to return to my apartment to re-clean after Fantastic Cleaners did such a terrible job. The splashback and kitchen bench were oily, the laundry had not been dusted and wiped over and the shower still had soap on it. It was a completely unacceptable that such basic things were missed. Fantastic Cleaners refused to return as the real estate agent had not communicated their complaint within 72 hours, in my opinion this does not excuse them doing such a bad job.

This was very disappointing after spending $500 and letting Fantastic Cleaners convince me to add $90 for wall spot cleaning to ensure I got my bond back. I even brought them beers because I felt bad that they were working late on a Friday.

I trusted their expertise and feel completely screwed by Fantastic Cleaners.
