What a supportive and nurturing weekend for expecting parents! Both my husband and I highly recommend taking the time to do this course for yourself and your baby. Regina is a wonderful sharer of knowledge and so passionate about encouraging parents-to-be to have confidence in bringing a child into the world.

The time and space for mediation and relaxation was also incredibly nourishing and well thought out, that we felt as though we had the capacity to really absorb the knowledge she was sharing. We walked away relaxed and prepared for this exciting new chapter in our lives.
