Worst sales lady ever! Ruse, tactless and should NOT be in the customer service business. I will NEVER go there again, i felt uncomfortable, unwelcome and embarrased.

They are FANTASTIC! Excellent service, great range of houses on the lower price range, which most other real estates dont want anything to do with. Really nice foyer area to relax and look at the brochures, every customer is greeted professionally, and valued.

Honestly the worst experience i had that day, out of ALL the real estate agents in parramatta they were the worst. When i walked in "I" had to say hello, and there were TWO people at the service desk. They didn;t have a business card handy to give us, they didn't offer us a brochure, i had to ask, and they didn't even say they would get a sales agen for us to see. I can't believe anyone would go there to buy a house. Awful service and very uncomfortable.

The service was fairly good. However the pricing is terrible for the quality of the clothes. Most of them fall apart after the 2nd wash. However, i always have a pleasant experience when i go in there, and usually find something i like.

No one said hello, no one wanted to help me. it was as if i was an inconvenience to them. The position is great, being in the westfield, however i dont know how they expect people to buy anything if they dont even bother saying hi.
