I started meditation with karen about six years ago. I had tried so many times before but had never found someone who had taught all the different styles of meditation and I always gave up. I now meditate everyday and I couldn't live life without it...it's has genuinely been life changing. I am so grateful to karen. The studio is beautiful, I have met gorgeous like minded people and still look forward to class every week.
