I can't recommend Newcastle and Hunter Pet Cremation enough. I utilised their services in 2012 with my dog Tipsy. Mark was absolutley amazing to the point I remembered how accommodating and lovely he made the process in such a shattering time. Fast forward to 2022 and sadly I had the need for a pet crematorium again with my 13 year old dog Addy. Having had the most lovely experience previously with being able to drop Tipsy there myself and say goodbye in the beautiful chapel, it was a no brainer I'd call and see if I could bring Addy in. I had moved since Tipsy but was not phased of driving the 2 hours to Nelson Bay area with Addy as I knew she would be in the best hands. This time I met Di and she also made the process so lovely given how sad and upset I was. Addy was my previous working dog and Di was so interested to hear about her amazing career which was so lovely. Mark and Di are both so compassionate and genuine about their customers and animals and are very committed to making this experience as kind as they can when customers are hurting and grieving so bad over a loved one. Sherryn was also very lovely and accommodating in helping me organise Addy's plaque and arrange what I wanted on it. I have two other senior dogs at home that I dread the day I'll need to say goodbye... but I know, I wouldn't take them anywhere else but to be safely with Mark and Di on passing. Thank you for all you do for our gorgeous pets that are part of our family.
