I always have a positive experience at Hair Vision. The hairdressers take the time to listen to what I want and they do a great job. I used to go to a different salon in Werribee but found that Hair Vision do a much better job for about half the price. I also take my young children there for their haircuts and the staff are fabulous with the kids, letting them spray water on the mirrors whilst they have their hair cut. My children also appreciate the biscuits and the lollipops at the end of their visit. A great business - absolutely recommend!

I ordered blinds from this company in late October. The customer service was quite frankly a disgrace. The rep, is possibly the rudest person I have ever come across. Despite repeated efforts to arrange for the blinds to be installed, he was simply not interested. I eventually managed to get him to confirm that he would install the blinds on Monday 23/11/2009 at 0900. It's now just gone 1000 and I have just contacted him again to find out where the blinds are. I heard a myriad of excuses, and he eventually admitted that he "forgot" my order. Told him not to bother with it as I found his customer service disgraceful, and have cancelled the order.

As he appears so keen not to do any work at all, I would recommend that you DO NOT bother wasting your precious time contacting him if you are looking for blinds.
