I just bought a Samsung S8 fro Dick Smith. The phone has arrived region locked to Europe (not suitable for Australia) and it is taking days to unlock. It is still unresolved. Furthermore I have not been provided with an Australian fast charger. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service and suggest that no one buys any products from Dick Smith. I feel it's clear that Kogan has started importing grey imports.
